Singing along

He’s watching teleubbies – an excerpt in which a group of children sing a song. He’s trying to sing along.
Now it’s the babysun – and he’s waving and chatting back to it. And trying to crawl towards the television.
I left him with his cup of milk, hoping he’d sip like they say he does at nursery. But he just waved it about and watched it dripping on the floor and his trousers. Then splashing his hands in the damp patch. Naughty boy.
I like Saturdays.
